What is Trong Mai Islet?
Trong Mai Islet is a small yet striking limestone formation in Halong Bay. Its name, “Trong Mai”, translates to “Male and Female Rooster” in Vietnamese, inspired by its shape. To international travelers, it is more commonly referred to as Fighting Cocks Islet, since the two towering rocks appear to be mid-duel.
