Older adults who exercise regularly may also join. Guests with blood pressure issues, heart disease, pregnancy, or fever should contact YESD for advice before booking.
From fall around September to early summer around May is usually ideal for trekking because the weather is more comfortable. Summer can be harder due to humidity and heat.
The trekking distance can be around 15–19 km per day, but it can be adjusted depending on your health, interests, and requested difficulty level.
Your guide will check on you during the trek. If you cannot continue, YESD may arrange a car or motorbike transfer depending on access. Extra transport is not included in the tour price and may require an additional payment.
