TRIP ITINERARY

This authentic 1-day Hue tour takes you through An Hien Garden House, Thien Mu Pagoda, a Huong River cruise, Thuy Bieu Village cycling, garden-house lunch, pomelo jam making, herbal foot bath, Ngu My Thanh mural village, Tam Giang Lagoon, SUP rowing, mini BBQ, and a tree-planting activity before returning to Hue city center.

At 8:00, your car driver and tour guide pick you up at the meeting point in Hue city center before beginning the day at An Hien Garden House, located beside the peaceful Huong River and known as one of the most valuable architectural works in the ancient capital of Hue. At 8:45, continue to Thien Mu Pagoda, also known as Linh Mu Pagoda. As the oldest pagoda in Hue, it has more than 400 years of history, sacred architecture, riverside beauty, and mysterious local legends.

Around 9:30, cruise along the Huong River and see the ancient city from the water. You can also release fish to make merit and contribute to the regeneration of aquatic resources on the river. At 10:00, arrive at Thuy Bieu Village and cycle under the shade of green grapefruit gardens. Visit the village temple, a hundred-year-old garden house, and a local artist’s house with paintings inspired by love for the homeland.

At the Thuy Bieu Local Artist’s House, you may experience painting on silk or on conical hats and create a personal souvenir with your own mark. This optional experience is at your own expense. From 11:30 to 13:00, enjoy a macrobiotic lunch at a Thuy Bieu Garden House using local garden ingredients. Learn how to make grapefruit pomelo jam, enjoy afternoon tea under the shade of the grapefruit garden, and relax with a 20-minute herbal foot bath.

At 13:30, travel to Tam Giang Lagoon in Quang Loi, Quang Dien. Explore Ngu My Thanh Mural Village, where colorful wall paintings show the daily life of local fishermen, then take a boat trip across the lagoon. Visit vegetable gardens and local crafts, relax with SUP rowing in front of the lagoon scenery, join interesting local activities, and enjoy fresh seafood with a mini BBQ.

At the Tam Giang Lagoon Conservation Area, take part in an environmental restoration journey with a tree-planting activity, contributing toward a more sustainable local environment. At 17:30, return to Hue city center, where the tour ends after a full day of local culture, riverside heritage, lagoon life, and responsible travel experiences.

    Ha Chiang loop for an old boy

    Well what can I say about my Ha Chiang loop trip I did with Yesd. They were excellent from start to finish. As a 54 year old man I did the loop solo with my driver Chinh as I wanted to avoid the happy water and karaoke aspect. Chinh understood this perfectly and took me on a fabulous trip. We took local routes when he could, avoiding some of main routes. He kept ahead of the ‘Mongolian army’ as he called the throngs of other loopers and often arrived at view points before they arrived …

    A memory for life

    An amazing experience! Incredible guides! You almost feel privileged compared to other groups. The accommodation is top-notch; the house, the welcome, the meals—everything is perfect. The mountain trek is magical, the motorbike trek is insane (beware of sore bums by the end!), incredible views the whole time, and super enriching stories.
