HANOI CLASSIC

The Hanoi Classic takes you to all the must-do attractions in Hanoi, covering sites in and around the Old Quarter and a guided tour through the Museum of Ethnology. You’ll come away from this tour with a greater knowledge of the history of the city and an appreciation of its culture. The tour also includes a cyclo tour and tickets to a traditional water puppet show. Tick off all the boxes on this city tour!

TRIP ITINERARY

8am- 1pm (or 1pm - 5pm): Hanoi

We’ll meet you at your and hotel and in the morning or afternoon, and head to St. Joseph’s Cathedral. We’ll then take a cyclo tour around the Old Quarter to get a feel for the city. You’ll hop off at the Northern Gate and then take a walk and visit Cua Bac Church, Quan Thanh Temple and other sites, as our guide provides local knowledge and gives you a brief history of Hanoi.You’ll then walk to nearby Truc Bach lake, a charming area, and have lunch at a Pho Cuon restaurant. Next, we’ll slowly head back to the Old Quarter, stopping off at Chau Long Market, Hanoi’s famous dessert, wedding cake and mat weaving streets. We’ll take quick break and have a coffee before returning to your hotel.Please note this is a walking tour and covers a lot of ground so please wear appropriate footwear.
Itinerary subject to change or cancellation due to weather conditions.The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is closed every afternoon and on Monday and Friday. During October the Mausoleum is closed as Ho Chi Minh’s body is taken to Russia for injections. The Ethnology Museum is closed on Mondays and during Vietnamese New Year. The Temple of Literature is closed on Sundays. If a venue is closed, we’ll adjust the itinerary appropriately, visiting some other important Hanoi sites.<pIncluded: Ground transport, English-speaking guide, accommodation, activities & meals mentioned above.
