Once you are happy with the itinerary and quotation, you can confirm your booking. We will then collect the necessary traveler information and arrange your accommodation, transportation, guide, and other services.
The final itinerary and accommodation details will be sent to you by email together with a payment link. A 30% deposit of the total tour price is required to confirm your trip.
Once the deposit is received, we will secure the requested services and notify you of any changes or potential issues. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival in Ha Giang.
