“we spent 2 weeks in the North of Vietnam/ we are a family with 3 kids. As it was our first time in Vietnam, we had a lot of concerns. We contacted YESD through the mail, and had an immediate response. Our person of contact was Trang, who gave us her whatsup number and we had almost a daily “talk” while planning our trip. Trang took under consideration all our concerns and wishes. She has planned for us a beautiful trip in Ha Giang and Nin Binh, with an extraordinary driver, English speaker and high educated. The overall experience was amazing. Trang was available before and during our stay. All change we have asked, was immediately implemented. Zero complaints and many many compliments to this wonderful organisation. We highly recommand using their services!!!.” See more.
