TRIP ITINERARY

Day 1: Hanoi - Ha Giang - THON THA

Your tour guide and driver will pickup you at 7:30AM at your hotel lobby and will arrive in Ha Giang city around 2PM. Lunch will be served on the way. Check-in bungalow in Thon Tha village and enjoy a short walk around the village in the afternoon. You also may enjoy a swim in the local waterfall. The accommodation is a Tay traditional house, 5km from Ha Giang city on the direction to Thanh Thuy border gate. The Tay traditional bungalow is the stilt thatched-roof house, sleeps on the floor with the mattress, warm blankets, mosquito net, pillow, toilet and bathroom are in the room.

DAY 2: THON THA – YEN MINH – SKYPATH – DONG VAN – 170KM

Waking up in a small village surrounding with terraced rice paddies and fresh air in the early morning that also inspires everyone great feeling for a new day. After having a breakfast and before leaving Thon Tha for Meo Vac and Dong Van, say goodbye to your sweet homestay for serving us good meals and “happy water” last night.

Then, you will head to Lung Tam linen village. Climb one hundred steps more for an impressive captivation of Dong Van Global Geo-Park, immense valleys of rice terraces, following with a climbing of Yen Minh peak to enjoy its panoramic view. After this, get on the car and drive to Skypath on Ma Pi Leng edge and hike to a Flower H’mong village to get insight into the local and listen sounds of life there. The length of hiking depends on weather and the light, your tour guide will notify it to you when you should finish the hike and go to check-in your hotel in Dong Van.

Day 3: Dong Van - H'Mong King Palace - Sung La - nam dam

Today, we will stop by some villages to visit H’mong families and interact with the locals. It’s once again a very enjoyable ride when you will see amazing mountain view of the Rock Plateau. The palace of H’mong king, which was a royal family of high rank during French colonial rule is also in our itinerary– this venue attracts keen interest from architecturally minded visitors due to its mixed style of European and Chinese architecture.

Then, we will stop by Sung La : due to its location which is light years away from modern life in big cities, it was chosen as the location for the award-winning movie Pao’s Story. Since then Sung La has become a popular destination for travelers looking for something different and of course movie buffs. After that, pass by and visit Lung Khuy Cave before check-in your homestay in Nam Dam village, a traditional Coin Dao brick-roof house. Lung Khuy Cave that is one the newest cave, has just explored since 2015 in Ha Giang.

Then, check-in your homestay in Nam Dam village, a traditional Coin Dao brick-roof house. You will have a private room there but its toilet and bathroom will be outside of the house. It depends on your arrival time here, your guide will arrange a round trip visit on foot to you to explore this lively village.

day 4: NAM DAM – LUNG KHUY CAVE – HANOI

At 8:00AM after breakfast, check-out your homestay and visit Quan Ba Heaven Gate and Quan Ba Twin Mountain. Your tour guide will tell you a legend about this place.

Before heading back to Hanoi, visit Ha Giang museum to learn about the history and culture of Ha Giang. End tour at your hotel in Hanoi around 6:30PM
